that may be the true component for love in all its forms from parental, sibling, and that between and man and woman. A great
read.

I`ve been reading quite a few of Barbara Samuel`s romances lately (started out with her medieval romances and am now reading my way through her more contemporary ones) and I haven't read a truly weak one yet.
This story was a lovely story about a man and a woman, hurt by their past, who find each other. The man has secrets (which aren't very surprising) and is not the kind of hero one usually reads about in romances. I mean, he was sweet and hot and perfect in many ways but his secret is something I've never read about before. So I salute the author for making that choice - even if she did make his secret a bit too "nice".
But the story is about two people who fit each other perfectly and who slowly find that out. Not Barbara Samuel`s absolute best but definitely a great book.
As usual a very good story. I couldn't put it down once I started reading. I find that I frequently search out books by Barbara Samuel ( or Ruth Wind) when I want to read a book that I know I will like. You will become a fan once you read one of her books!!!
Love this author...her books are hard to put down...story lines are realistic and not your typical perfect man/perfect woman scenario's...Highly recommend any of her books
Hard to put down. Lush subtle falling in love H and h. Beautiful Colorado. Lovely old duplex with gorgeous lilacs. Two intelligent, emotionally scarred people "going for it," and dealing with the results. Well done, vivid, intense. Though the ending feels abrupt, not subtle or lush like all the rest, still very good. Keeper.
